Our House Codes set the culture here at Worthy People Church.

Jesus is our message.

We exist to tell people about the good news; Jesus came to Earth, died, and rose again so that we may have life. We give life through our message. Systems will change, but the message will remain the same.

All people matter.

The heart of the matter is ALL people -
college degree, drug addict, homeless, convict, or the mayor we are loved by God. Because people matter we love, accept and protect them.

Generosity is our lifestyle.

We give like Jesus gives. We give our time in life groups, talents in serving, and money through tithes and offerings.

Our Pastors

After years of drug addiction, Cody had a life-transforming encounter with Jesus in a prison at the age of 23 years old. It was then that he was given the mandate to preach the gospel to the lost, the last, and the least. In 2013, he moved to San Antonio to start his new life in Jesus. While attending a bible conference he met his wife Julia and they have called San Antonio home for almost a decade with their son Jax. With a heart for seeing all people receive the love, grace, and new beginning in life through Jesus.

While previously serving as lead pastors, it helped equip them to answer the call of God on their life to start a church. In 2021, they planted a church near downtown San Antonio, Texas with the mission to reach the one that didn't think their life mattered with the message that their life has so much worth that God sent Jesus to die for them, that they may live. This church is now known as Worthy People Church.

Today they believe in meeting people right where they are at with a focus on building a loving and community-driven environment by empowering individuals from all walks of life with true freedom in Jesus.

You can find them at Worthy People Church, on the streets of San Antonio, in a prison, or weekly all over Texas on Worthy People Freedom Radio. No matter where it is, they love to see people receive the same new life in Jesus that they have.
